The item says it was delivered on February 16. Today is February 20 and I haven＊t received the three necklaces ordered. I contacted customer service and they said that the item wasn＊t delivered yet but it was expected to arrive on February 17. I＊m still waiting and will update as soon as the item arrives. So... finally the name neckless arrived today March 6, 2021. I am ordering 2 more today. The wait was worth it! We are totally in love with them!

i really like the length and the quality but the first "E" in the necklace is like really thin and kinda looks like a different font than the rest of the letters :/ not a big deal because i really like the necklace though
